1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mia's Atelier website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with the site's operation or other users. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price and terms shown. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders (e.g., due to availability or errors). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Refunds and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

• Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, or if your order has not been fulfilled as described, please contact us at losbellos11@outlook.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe; processing may take several business days.
• Returns: Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our pieces, we do not offer automatic returns. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery to discuss eligibility and any conditions (e.g., unused, in original condition). Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
• Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible; refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Mia's Atelier or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mia's Atelier and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mia's Atelier operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
